Ogawa. When I was a newcomer cartoonist, the editor of the editorial department of the comic magazine “Weekly Magazine” hoped that I would draw a cartoon based on China. He suggested me, “Would you like to try the cartoons of Chinese cuisine? What?” This is the reason for starting to draw this cartoon
Chinese cuisine is my favorite dish, and I immediately responded to him, “I paint!”
