米津: I didn’t like my name before. This name is rare and can cause unnecessary trouble. Chinese characters are mysterious people, and teachers are masters of teachers. They are all very loud words. I have a fear that I will live up to this name. I didn’t have such an idea when I was young, but I later felt that people should live according to their own names. I also think that the name is very important. If it is not called Xuanshi, maybe I will live another life. .
垣: Sure enough, the name is very important. I don’t know much about music. It may be a bit rude to Mizu. I know you only know the name. When I heard the song “LOSER” from Honda TV commercials, I was thinking that the tune of the song made people feel soaring. Why did you take the name “LOSER”? In my impression, the music of Mijin is very popular among young people. .

—— Everyone knows that Mijin loves to watch comics. When did you first know the comic book “BEASTARS”? .
米津: I only saw this year. After the tour last year and the additional performance in January, there was a blank period for stopping music activities for charging. During that time, I bought a lot of comics on the Kindle and liked to watch while sunbathing. Among them is “BEASTARS”, because the story is too interesting, I have forgotten the time, have been tanned. .
——What do you think is particularly interesting about BEASTARS? .
米津: There is a lot of anthropomorphic cartoons in this world, but they just anthropomorphize everything. Although “BEASTARS” turns people into beasts, this work is very close to the beast state. If anthropomorphic is abandoned, people will find that people can’t do something. The closer you are to the animal state, the more you will portray the human side. The problems in the school life are very real. This is a very interesting cartoon. .
